With our Base Service, or after-the-fact bookkeeping, you pay the bills and create invoices each month. We apply customer payments, import transactions , and provide monthly reporting and reconciliation for a flat fee. There are additional services available for added cost per month.

Add On Services

Payroll: Includes payroll processing, liability payments, form filings, direct deposit and QuickBooks integration for up to 5 employees (each additional employee $10 per month).
Accounts Payable Management: Includes posting of all payables, scheduling payments, integration with QB (up to 100 transactions per month).
Accounts Receivable Management: Includes Customer invoicing, posting customer payments, collections maintenance (up to 100 transactions per month).
Email Service: Guaranteed 24 hour response for all Questions and Support.
Document Retrieval Service: Retrieve Banking and Credit Card statements monthly
Tax Planning: Monthly/Quarterly Tax Analysis and Planning, Research and Reporting

Fees:

Base Service: $300 per month
Base+ 1 Add On Service: $600 per month
Base+2 Add On Services: $875 per month
Base+3 Add On Services: $1100 per month
Base+4 Add on Services: $1300 per month
Add Sales Tax Reporting to any package for additonal charge of  $100 per month
